Our modular homes are mobile and easy to assemble.
In terms of assembly, they can be compared with tents but also with very high quality in terms of reusability, storage and housing standard as well as a very good level of safety.
Today we can deliver houses that only weigh 6.4 kg per m2 wall area with 150 mm construction thickness and one U-insulation value of 0.22 we have a goal to reduce the weight further (cf. wooden houses that weigh about 70kg per sqm). No solid foundation is required and two people can easily assemble (or disassemble) a house within 4-6 hours.
Self-sufficient with electricity and heating.
We have integrated solutions for solar energy with energy storage via batteries which make the houses self-sufficient in electricity. We also have other heating solutions in addition to electricity with wood stoves, gas / LPG radiators etc.
The houses have very good insulation value, which means that very little energy is needed for heating and you close outside the heat in the summer, the whole chain from manufacturing to use and reuse / storage has very little environ- mental impact (low carbon footprint).
Build the house yourself
Our solutions are focused on areas where the local ability to manufacture shelters is not sufficient where external units are needed and where only tent solutions are not enough. The houses are easily built by those who will live in them and the housing standard can be adapted from a few weeks of living to several years if desired.
We have different materials for different needs for mobility and reuse, the houses can be easily dismantled and stored in several years without any degradation of the material. Our modules can be combined according to different needs and sizes of houses.
We can also manufacture panels / finished houses for mobile health centers, military units with built-in Kevlar reinforcement / bulletproof, RÖS-protected containers and telecom shelters etc.
Floating house with pontoons
All our house units can be placed in rivers and lakes with floating pontoons. The pontoons are designed and built for the Scandinavian climate and can be used all year around. Also withstands ice impact.
With this concept, you can easily and quickly move the houses with a tugboat to another location. The housing modules can also be demounted from the pontoons and reassembled on land.
Research and Development
We attaches great importance to research and development. Our focus is to connect material development, clean tech solutions and systems for very simple joining with a flexible and cost-effective logistics model.
We can manufacture several hundred houses a month with the Factories that are up and running in Sweden at present and we have the opportunity to start more production lines / Factories in Sweden and in other countries if needed. We are happy to work in close collaboration with our customers and in joint development projects. We more than take Sphere standards into account and we have a good understanding of ethical rules for disaster areas.

Emergency Housing Flat-Pack 1A (House excl. interior)
Emergency Housing Flat-Pack 1A is delivered as a complete housing frame with finished foundation, exterior walls, roof and interior walls that are manufactured of 150mm EPS insulation (U insulation value of 0.22) which on both sides are covered with white lacquered sheet metal.
Entry door, window and interior door are pre-assembled in the modules from the factory. The roof modules are delivered with corrugated sheet metal roof (TP20), folded roofing sheets are available as an option. Housing kit 1A is delivered excluding interior. All walls and ceilings consist of white lacquered sheet metal. Laminate / click floor and various floor / window / door moldings are included.
